When you book an individual session with me, I commit to having enough time available just for you. That affects how many other clients I can take on.

In the desire to be effective and fair to all of my exceptional clients and out of consideration for others’ time, the following policies have been adopted.

To secure your booking I will require credit or debit card details. The full treatment cost will be due if you fail to turn up or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

If you wish to postpone your treatment, 24 hours notice must be given or the full cost of the treatment will be due. Postponed treatments must be rebooked & carried out within 2 weeks or the full cost will be due.

If you cancel your treatment, before 24 hours notice, the £10 booking fee will be due.

No-shows. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. They will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.

Arriving late. Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. The full treatment cost will apply.

About your treatment

You will be required to fill in a consultation form prior to your first treatment and are required to inform me of any changes at subsequent sessions.

It is important that you keep me informed during your treatment if you feel uncomfortable in any way. Your comfort is my utmost concern.

Clients have the right to end a massage session, at any time for any reason but will be responsible for payment of that time.

Online Booking & Appointments.

When Booking Online, make sure you are booking the correct treatment. Please email me if you have questions.

When booking online, the £10 booking fee will be payable via PayPal or debit or credit card. An email confirmation will be sent automatically.

A reminder Email is sent 24 hours prior to the appointment. However, Clients are solely responsible for remembering and attending appointments on time.

Please Know:

My preferred way to communicate prior to sessions or in between is via email. I can give you the information you desire quicker and more efficiently this way. For that reason most correspondence is via email, please be sure to check them for your confirmation & reminders.

I can be reached at 01461 202029 during work hours and your call will be returned at my earliest opportunity. Please remember I am unable to answer the phone when I am with clients.

Tara Buckel has the right to refuse treatment to anyone for any reason.

Reasons one might be refused:

Poor hygiene.

Inappropriate behavior or requests.

Requests for services outside my scope of practice.

Unwillingness to follow the above policies.

Pricing & policies are subject to change.
